MyResumeX offers a digital service with instant access.

Once a resume PDF is downloaded, refunds are generally not provided.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Payment was deducted but the resume was not delivered
  • Technical issues prevented access after successful payment

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.

All refund decisions are at the discretion of MyResumeX.
